In this article, I reflect on my career journey across instructional design, writing, marketing, and learning roles in multiple industries, then share how my future career goals shifted in 2026. What began as a plan to complete my Master’s in Instructional Design and pursue leadership in learning and development evolved into a new goal: building a continuous improvement business that blends consulting, technology, and purposeful problem-solving.
