Onboarding Re-design Case Study: How I Used ADDIE to Redesign a New Hire Onboarding Program
In this case study, I share how I helped redesign a new hire onboarding program to better support a mostly virtual workforce. Using an ADDIE-informed approach, I helped transform a facilitator-heavy experience into a more flexible, scalable blended learning program that improved efficiency for the business and created a better onboarding experience for new hires.
